Was a lot of fun to paint this one and enjoyed working on some sci fi subject matter. The story follows the duo Of John an ex captain turned smuggler and his robot companion Alvis as they are abandoned on a harsh planet set out on a journey to save a runaway girl. I wanted the cover to have a sense that they were just setting out on an adventure after being marooned on that harsh planet, ready to face the challenges ahead.
